3. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. I strive to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If I discover a pricing error, I will contact you to offer the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it.

4. Payments

I accept payment via all major credit cards and a variety of cash apps. Payment must be completed before orders are processed. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from New York City. Currently, I am learning and refining my shipping processes. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, and I strive to provide accurate estimates. However, delays or additional costs may occur, especially for international orders.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for custom and backordered purchases.

• Shipping Regions: I ship to the U.S. and select international locations.

• Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I will work with you to resolve the matter.

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
